Durana Tech Park has officially launched the development of its Concept Plan, a strategic document that will guide the Park's long-term evolution as an innovative, sustainable, and future-ready ecosystem.
To mark the beginning of this process, a three-day workshop brought together representatives from public institutions, national and international experts, universities, resident companies, and strategic partners to jointly define the vision, priorities, and key development directions for Durana Tech Park.
Throughout the workshop, discussions focused on the Park's functional layout, priority industries, digital and physical infrastructure, innovation, investment opportunities, and the creation of a modern district that integrates industry, research, and entrepreneurship.
Representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Ministry of Economy, their respective agencies, the Municipalities of Durrës and Shijak, universities, resident companies, and other ecosystem stakeholders actively contributed their expertise and perspectives, helping shape the future of the Park.
The Concept Plan is being developed within the framework of the Eco-Industrial Parks (EIP) initiative and represents a strategic milestone toward establishing a modern hub for innovation, advanced industry, and sustainable economic development in Albania.
Through this collaborative process, Durana Tech Park continues to build the foundations of a dynamic innovation ecosystem that promotes technology, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and investment, strengthening Albania's position as a competitive destination for the industries of the future.
